Director Loeffel stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law.

Trustee Stuart made a motion to APPROVE THE MINUTES from January 19, 2016,
Trustee Robertson seconded.

2016 Library Director goals
Trustee Robertson made a motion to approve the 2016 Library Director goals, as
presented, Trustee Stuart seconded.
