CALL TO ORDER
President Boschert called the meeting to order at 5:45pm.

Present were Trustees Boschert, Robertson, Stuart and Library Director Loeffel.
STATEMENET OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Director Loeffel stated that the meeting was nitived in accordance with the open meeting law.

None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES from December 9, 2013
Trustee Robertson made a motion to APPROVE THE MINUTES from December 9, 2013,
Trustee Stuart seconded.
Motion Passed 3 in favor<againsttext> 0 opposed</againsttext>.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Trustee Robertson moved to convene into Closed Session. Trustee Stuart seconded.
Motion Passed 3 in favor<againsttext> 0 opposed</againsttext>.
Please take notice that the Library Board will convene, upon passage of the proper
motion, into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. Section §19.85(1)(c): Considering
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility,
more specifically Library Director evaluation. The Library Board Personnel Committee
will then reconvene
into open session to continue with agenda items.
OPEN SESSION
Trustee Stuart made a motion to reconvene into OPEN SESSION, Trustee Robertson
seconded.
Motion Passed 3 in favor<againsttext> 0 opposed</againsttext>.
