NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Please take notice that the Library Board will convene, upon passage of the proper
motion, into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. Section §19.85(1)(c): Considering
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility,
more specifically Library Director evaluation. The Library Board Personnel Committee
will then reconvene
into open session to continue with agenda items.
