President Boschert called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.

Present were Trustees Boschert, Konkel, Tomaszewski (late), and Library Director Loeffel.

Director Loeffel stated that the meeting was properly noticed.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES from July 13, 2015
Trustee Konkel made a motion to APPROVE THE MINUTES from July 13, 2015,
Trustee Boschert seconded.
Motion Passed 2 in favor.

Members discussed timeline with Bruce Smith of WiLS.
