President Boschert called the meeting to order at 5:01 PM.

Director Loeffel stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES from June 3, 2015
Trustee Konkel made a motion to APPROVE THE MINUTES from June 3, 2015,
Trustee Tomaszewski seconded.
Trustee Konkel made a motion to amend the time Trustee Tomaszewski arrived from
5:52 PM to 4:52 PM, Trustee Tomaszewski seconded.
Motion Passed 3 in favor.
