CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Toby Whipple called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Present: Toby Whipple, Ald. Bob Hammel, Terri Boyer, Barbara Erdmann, Bill Miller, Paul
Peardon, Tammy Dunn, Adam Trzebiatowski, and Tom Zagar. Excused Barb Schroeder.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting laws.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 7, 2017
Bill Miller made a motion to approve the minutes of November 7, 2017. Barbara
Erdmann seconded.
Motion Passed 6 in favor.
NEW BUSINESS
Machi Certified Survey Map Discussion
Bill Miller made a motion to approve staff to work with developer to establish a
defined building pad for the house, driveway, and mound/septic system on lot four of
the Machi Certified Survey Map. Paul Peardon seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor.
Muskego Festival Park Rental - Veterans Memorial Park -
Ald. Bob Hammel made a motion to approve the Muskego Festival Park Rental at
Veterans Memorial Park. Barbara Erdmann seconded.
Motion Passed 6 in favor.
Muskego Water Bugs Park Rental - Idle Isle Park -
Ald. Hammel explained he had concerns with the gravel at the boat launch area being uneven
due to the wake from the water bugs. Ms. Dunn stated she would look into.
Paul Peardon made a motion to approve Muskego Water Bugs Park Shelter Rental at
Idle Isle Park. Barbara Erdmann seconded.
Motion Passed 6 in favor.
Naming the Conservation Site on Durham
Paul Peardon made a motion to approve naming the Conservation Site on Durham to
Marshland Camps Preserve. Bill Miller seconded.
Motion Passed 6 in favor.
* Eagle Scout Project
Paul Peardon made a motion to approve Brandon Mahoney's Eagle Scout project of
bridge work in Denoon Park. Ald. Bob Hammel seconded.
Motion Passed 6 in favor.
STATUS OF PROJECTS
Ms. Dunn gave an update on the following projects:
Sand Hill Park Playground and Shelter
Denoon Park Frisbee Golf
Idle Isle Parking Pay Stations
Cameras in Parks
Agreement renewals in works for Water Bugs, Historical Society, Festival Committee, Boxhorn
Lions Park Pickleball
Kurth Park Tennis Courts & Parking
Jensen and Denoon Ball Field Updates
Four Beer Garden dates have been finalized with Raised Grain
Trails (Racine and Martin Trails will both be constructed this year)
