CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Toby Whipple called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Present: Toby Whipple, Ald. Eileen Madden, Brett Hyde, Bill Miller, Barbara Erdmann, Paul
Peardon (5:22 PM), Tammy Dunn and Tom Zagar (5:08 PM). Excused Barb Schroeder.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting laws.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE APRIL 4, 2017 MEETING.
Bill Miller made a motion to approve the corrected minutes of April 4, 2017. Barbara
Erdmann seconded.
Motion Passed 6 in favor.
The minutes of April 4, 2017 were corrected as follows:
Roll Call - a comma was added after Sharon Roy.
Beer Permit Fee - change Peal to Paul.
NEW BUSINESS
Athletic Field Usage Policies and Procedures
Ald. Eileen Madden made a motion to approve Athletic Field Usage Policies and
Procedures. Bill Miller seconded.
Brett Hyde made a motion to amend to change the Muskego Norway School district
to a Priority 2. Paul Peardon seconded.
Brett Hyde made a motion to change his amendment from a Priority 2 to a Category
3 and the field usage and light maintenance be negotiated between the City and
School District. Paul Peardon seconded.
Motion to amend passed 6 in favor.
Motion to approve as amended passed 6 in favor.
Sand Hill Park Playground and Shelter
Ald. Eileen Madden made a motion to approve Sand Hill Park Playground and Shelter
in the amount of $353,536.00. Barbara Erdmann seconded.
Motion Passed 6 in favor.
Archery at Park Arthur
No changes were made to the park reglulations.
