CALL TO ORDER
Toby Whipple called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: Toby Whipple, Jerry Hulbert, Sharon Roy, Ald, Bob Hammel, Barbara Erdmann,
Howard Schneider, Brett Hyde, Paul Peardon, Bill Miller and Director Jeff Muenkel.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting laws.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM FEBRUARY 3, 2016
Paul Peardon made a motion to approve the minutes of February 3, 2016. Sharon
Roy seconded.
