PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING
CITY OF MUSKEGO
Tuesday, March 31, 1998
The sub-committee meeting of the Parks and Recreation Board to discuss field usage and
policies was called to order at 3:35 p.m. by Director Craig Anderson.
PRESENT: Richard Manchester, , Alderman Mark Slocomb,. Toby Whipple and Craig
Anderson (Director)
The meeting notice was posted on March 26, 1998 in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
BUSINESS:
Director Craig Anderson will contact Jim Haag, Land O Lakes Baseball, to receive a roster with
addresses to determine the percentage of Muskego residents. Information will be brought to
the Parks and Recreation Board meeting, April 13, for action on assessed fees.
Field-usage policies will be reviewed at the end of summer by Director Craig Anderson after
his level of understanding of policies for field usage is enhanced. These policy modifications
/changes will be forwarded to the sub-committee before moving on to the Parks and
Recreation Board for discussion.
ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business to discuss Rich Manchester moved to adjourn the meeting at 5:30
p.m., seconded by Ald. Slocomb. Motion carried by all.
