PARKS & RECREATION BOARD SPECIAL MEETING, CITY OF MUSKEGO
MONDAY, AUGUST 24, 1992
President Jerald Hulbert called the special meeting of the Parks and
Recreation Board to order at 6:37 p.m.
The meeting was called for the purpose of reviewing the bids for the
parks headquarters building exterior restoration project and to make
a recommendation to the Finance Committee.
PRESENT: Fran Burgeson, Richard Manchester, Jerry Hulbert, Ron Stephens,
Alderman Brian Misko, and Peter Theis (Parks Director)
ABSENT: Adele Kehoe, Tom Millonzi
GUEST: Bob Burke1 from Burke1 Construction, Inc.
The Board members reviewed the bid submitted by Burke1 Construction, Inc.
of Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Richard Manchester moved to approve total items 1, 2, 3 (Alternate #3),
4 for an amount not to exceed $47,775. Ron Stephens seconded. Motion
carried with 4 voting yea and 1 voting nay.
ADJOURNMENT: Alderman Brian Misko made the motion to adjourn the meeting.
Ron Stephens seconded. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
