SPECIAL MEETING, PARKS & RECREATION BOARD CITY OF MUSKEGO
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 1991
This special meeting of the Parks and Recreation Board to
review budgets was called to order by President Jerald Hulbert
at 5 34 p.m.
PRESENT Alderman Dan Hilt, Fran Burgeson, Jerald Hulbert,
Adele Kehoe, Ron Stephens, Gordon'iL. Jacobson
(Recreation Director) and Peter Theis (Parks Director)
ABSENT Tom Millonzi (excused), Richard Manchester (excused)
PARKS OPERATING BUDGET
Pete reviewed the proposed 1992 budget for Parks operation
with the Board.
Motion made by Ron Stephens, seconded by Fran Burgeson, to
accept the operating budget as presented. Motion carried.
8 PARKS DEDICATION ACCOUNT BUDGET
Ron Stephens made the motion to accept the park dedication budget
not to exceed $94,010. Adele Kehoe seconded. Motion carried.
PARKS CAPITAL BUDGET
Motion made by Ron Stephens to accept the budget as presented,
second by Adele Kehoe. Motion carried.
MUSKEGO HISTORICAL SOCIETY BUDGET
Motion made by Ron Stephens to approve budget as in the past,
$680. Second by Adele Kehoe. Motion carried.
RECREATION OPERATING BUDGET
Gordy presented the operations budget for the Recreation Depart-
ment.
Motion made by Fran Burgeson to accept the budget as presented.
Second was made by Ron Stephens. Motion carried.

RECREATION CAPITAL BUDGET
Motion made by Ron Stephens to accept the budget as presented. Second by Adele Kehoe. Motion carried.
CABLE CLUB BUDGET
Motion by Fran Burgeson to accept Cable Club budget for year
one. Second by Ron Stephens. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Alderman Hilt moved to
adjourn, seconded by Adele Kehoe. Motion carried. The meeting
adjourned at 9 45 p.m.
