Denoon Park sewer easement
a Alderman Hilt moved, Ron Stephens seconded, to have a split-rail
fence along th‘eepark boundary. The motion carried with Ron Stephens
voting aye, Adele Kehoe voting aye, and Richard Manchester voting
nay.
Ron Stephens made a motion to accept the sewer access as indicated on the plat map with S-foot paved access. Motion is contingent
upon Pete's verification. Richard Manchester seconded. Motion
passed.
Bluhm Park rental request
Richard Manchester moved to approve request. Ron Stephens seconded.
Mrs. Bramer has stated she would not hold the City liable should there be any accident involving the tent. Motion carried.
Bay Lane baseball fields
Request to upgrade the four fields at $2?885/field, totalling $11,540, grand total of $14,965. M.A.A. (Muskego Athletic Association)
is asking tbesp:lit the cost of the upgrading. Motion by Ron
Stephens to honor M.A.A. 's request to participate in the upgrading
of the Bay Lane baseball fields up" to 5058, not to exceed $7,500.
Adele Kehoe seconded. Motion carried.
WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE:
Reauest rega?dine lake access #ll
Mr. Chapman was present to request written permission to use lake
access during the moving of his building. Mr. Chapman also requested
use of the lakeaccess with his truck six times a year in exchange
for the mowing of the lake access grass. He will be required to
notify the Park Director on those occasions. Adele Kehoe moved to honor Mr. Chapman's request. Richard Manchester seconded. Motion
carried.
Insurance company's response to Mill Valley accident and Feldhausen
accident
The Feldhausen accident file has been closed with no cost. The
City is not liable in the Mill Valley accident either.
OLD BUSINESS
Revised preliminary draft of comprehensive plan
Minutes of the recreation trail sub-committee meeting were reviewed.
Those plans are to be added to the master plan. Richard Manchester
so moved. Adele Kehoe seconded. Motion passed.

e Concession stand agreement
The leasee will be in and operating the concession stand May 30.
Basketball courts at Muskego Elementary
The Board is still waiting to hear about the cost-sharing project proposal from the Board.
Park Dedication fees/Finance Committee review
Park dedication fees will be addressed at a public hearing on May 28
at 7:20 p.m.
Lake access pier/Finance Committee review
Lake access pier #ll was approved.
Muskego Historical Society lease
This will be an agenda item for the June meeting.

Recreation
Dance instructor update
June Davis has been hired to teach the dance classes starting in the fall. She has taught Hawaiian, ballet, tap, ballroom, flamingo,
belly dancing, jazz; youth ahd adult lessons, performed professionally
for 11 years, owned own dance studio for 15 years in Waukesha, and is capable of producing dance recital.
Current registration system
Registration can be mailed in or dropped off at two locations. The
new system seems to be going well.
Jerry Augustine baseball clinic
Started small, seemed to go well. Kids and parents enjoyed the
clinic.
NEW BUSINESS, OTHER BUSINESS:
l Subdivision plans from Plan Commission
The Board reviewed the Denoon Point Estates plat map.

Bridge proposal to connect Country Brook and Meadow Green West
l Addition #3 subdivision
The Board discussed the bridge proposal.
Recreation trail
There was no discussion other than earlier in the meeting.
Mill Valley ball diamond lights
The Board discussed the possibility of participating in the
lighting of additional baseball diamonds. Ron Stephens moved to
approve the concept of cost-sharing of the lkghting of another ball diamond. Adele Kehoe seconded. Motion passed.

There being no further business, Richard Manchester moved to adjourn,
Alderman Hilt seconded. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at
9:55 p.m.
