SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING, PARKS & RECREATION BOARD, CITY OF MUSKEGO
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 1991
Thi: %ib-committee meeting of the Parks and Recreation Board to review the
master schedule for baseball/softball leagues for 1991 was called to order
by Parks Director Pete Theis.at 5:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Therese Rilling, Ronald Stephens, Gordon L. Jacobson (Recreation
Director) and Pete Theis (Parks Director)
BUSINESS:1
#l Muskego High School teams get first scheduling priority on Bluhm Farm
fields and at Horn Field should conflicts arise.
112 Waukesha County Flames Thursday request was not granted, must use
alternative day.
#3 Muskego Athletic Association will be given Mill Valley 113 on Thursday
with the Muskego Women's League given their alternative site (high
school).
//4 Women's League fournament would be given first priority for maintenance
requests on June 22 and 23 and raindates (if needed) Jtily 20-21.
#5. TherWaukesha County Mavericks tournament starting time of 8:00 a.m. on
June 22 and 23 is subject to deliy.
#6 Special Events: Muskegofkst request to use Horn on August 24.
Clinic request to use Bluhm on May 11, raindate May 18.
Dates granted, details to be worked out at full Board meeting.
#7 On use of Kurth, Muskego Athletic Association must postpone Wednesday
night starting date to May 29th or use alternative site due to soccer
schedule.
