SPECIAL MEETING
PARKS & RECREATION BOARD, CITY OF MUSKEGO
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 23, 1990
This special meeting of the Parks and Recreation Board was called to
order by President Jerald Hulbert at 6:08 p.m.
PRESENT: Alderman Dan Hilt, Jerald Hulbert, Richard Manchester, and
Ron Stephens
ABSENT: Adele Kehoe, Therese Rilling, Thomas Millonzi (excused)
GUEST: Mayor Wayne Salentine
CLOSED SESSION:
Richard Manchester moved, Ron Stephens seconded, to go into closed,session
pursuant to 519.85 (1) (c). Considering employment, promotion, compensation
or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the
government body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more
specifically employee evaluation. Upon a voice vote, with all members
present voting yea, the motion carried.
The Board reconvened into opensession at 6:50 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Richard Manchester moved, Ron Stephens
seconded, to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at
6:52 p.m.
