SPECIAL MEETING, PARKS & RECREATION BOARD
TUESDAY, MAY 8, 1990
The special meeting of the Parks and Recreation Board, City of Muskego
was called to order at 5:30 P.M.
PRESENT: Jerald Hulbert, Richard Manchester, Thomas Millonzi, Therese Rilling,
and Ronald Stephens
ABSENT: Alderman Dan Hilt, Adele Kehoe
CLOSED SESSION:
Therese Rilling moved, Ron Stephens seconded, to go into Closed Session
pursuant to §19.85 (1) (C). Considering employment, promotion, compensation
or performance evaluation data of any public employee overwhich the
governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more
specifically to interview applicants for the position of Recreation
Supervisor and narrow the field of applicants. Upon a voice vote with all
members voting yea, the motion carried.
The Board reconvened into Open Session at 7:55 P.M.
ADJOURNMENT:
Richard Manchester entered a motion to adjourn, Ron Stephens seconded.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:55 P.M.
