MINUTES
PARKS & RECREATION SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING. CITY OF MUSKEGO
TUESDAY. MAY 22. 1990
Chairman Ron Stephens called the meéting to order at 6:03 P.M.
PRESENT: Adele Kehoe. Richard Manchester. Tom Millonzi. Therese Rilling.

ABSENT: Alderman Dan Hilt. Jerald Hulbert
GUESTS: There were 20 concerned citizens at the meeting.
The sub-committee members met to review and discuss the position of the
.dance/gymnastic coordinator/supervisor.
Ron Stephens read the letter of May 18. 1989 received by Mary Kozlik
regarding her proposal for the dance/gymnastic program.
Their was much discussion and input about "Miss Mary's" position and the
Board's recommendation between the Board members and the concerned citizens.
Board members stated they were to take the same recommendations to the Board
as previously discussed. (Recommendation to eliminate the supervisor
position and separate the jobs of dance instructor and gym instructor, giving
"Ms. Mary" (Mary Kozlik) first choice.)
Richard Manchester moved to call a special meeting and invite "Miss Mary" to
this meeting. but recommendations still stand. Adele Kehoe seconded. Motion
carried.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Richard Manchester moved to adjourn, Therese
Rilling seconded. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:~O P.M.
