SPECIAL MEETING,PARKS & RECREATION BOARD
FRIDAY, MAY 11, 1990
This special meeting of the Parks and Recreation Board, City of Muskego,
was called to order at 4:05 P.M.
PRESENT: Jerald Hulbert, Richard Manchester, Therese Rilling, Ron Stephens
ABSENT: Alderman Dan Hilt, Adele &hoe, Thomas Millonzi
CLOSED SESSION:
Therese Rilling moved, Richard Manchester seconded, to go into Closed Session
pursuant to §19.85 (1) (c). Considering employment, promotion, compensation
or performance evaluation data of any public employee overwhich the
governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically
to interview applicants for the position of Recreation Supervisor and narrow
the field of applicants. Upon a voice vote with all members voting yea, the
motion carried..
The Board reconvened into Open Session at 5:55 P.M.
ADJOURNMENT:
Ron Stephens entered a motion to adjourn, Richard Manchester seconded. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
