PARKS & RECREATION BOARD MEETING, CITY OF MUSKEGO
THURSDAY, JUNE 14, 1990
This special meeting of the Parks and Recreation Board was called to order
at 3:05 P.M. by President Jerald Hulbert.
PRESENT: Alderman Dan Hilt, Jerald Hulbert, Adele Kehoe, Richard Manchester,
Therese Rilling, and Ronald Stephens.
ABSENT: Tom Millonzi
GUESTS: Mary Kozlik, Alderman Simmons, Mayor Salentine
CLOSED SESSION:
Ron Stephens moved, Therese Rilling seconded, to go into Closed Session
pursuant to §19.85 (1) (c), considering employment, promotion, compensation
or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the govern-
mental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically
the dance/gym instructor/coordinator, and the recreation supervisor.
Upon a voice vote, with all members present voting yea, the motion carried.
Richard Manchester moved, Ron Stephens seconded, not to allow a tape recording
of the meeting. Motion carried.
Motion to provide full contract to Miss Mary Kozlik for girls' gymnastic
girls' dance. Contract to be for $17.lO/hour for coordination and teaching;
$8.55/hou+ for each additional hour of class taught by assistant. Coordination
fee to be paid upon receipt of class fees, or an hourly rate, subject to
attorney's review. Therese Rilling moved. Ron Stephens seconded. Motion
carried.
Motion by Ron Stephens to pay $43.20 to Julie Kozlik for extra gymnastic
hours in February which were in question in grievance submitted by Mary Kozlik.
Therese Rilling seconded. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT:
Therese Rilling entered a motion to adjourn, Richard Manchester seconded.
Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:31 P.M.
