PRB091389minutesMINUTES PARKS & RECREATION BOARD PERSONNEL~~SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 1989 The sub-committee meeting was called to order at lo:20 P.M. PRESENT: Jerald Hulbert, Therese Rilling, Ron Stephens and Recreation Supervisor Jackie Schweitzer The sub-committee felt it is very important that Mary Kozlik retain her number of working hours as in the past. Shewouldcontinue to receive her $16.60 per hour. Julie Kozlik will be hired to fill the assistant dance/gym instructor position, at a pay rate of $7.20/hour. Mary Kozlik will receive $8.30/hour for Julie's work hours to compensate for her responsibilities as coordinator and for her program material. When Mary Kozlik and Julie Kozlik are teaching together, Mary Kozlik as instructor will receive her $16.60/hour pay and Julie Kozlik will be paid at previous aide wage of $4.25/hour. Mary Kozlik will turn lesson plans in monthly to the Recreation Supervisor. Mary Kozlik will continue to be paid to be at registration, but not Julie Kozlik (or the person in the assistant position). Jackie was requested to work on job descriptions for both of these positions.
