I. DIAMOND SCHEDULES
A rough copy of a proposed schedule was discussed. Initial requests
resulted in conflicts in the following areas:
Monday--Kurth Park/Cub Pack #76, MAA Jr. Boys, Icetronauts
--Muskego High School/Icetronauts, Vernon Church League
Thursday--Mill Valley I/MAA S-r. Boys, Women's League
--Mill Valley III/MAA Sr. Boys, Women's League
Friday--Bluhm I & II/MAA Jr. Boys, Couples League
The following proposed changes were discussed:
Monday--Move Icetronauts to Bluhm I, keep Cub Pack #76 at Kurth,
put Vernon Church League at Muskego High School.
Thursday--Leave MAA Sr. Boys at MV l/l and 113, put the Women's League
at Jensen and Muskego High School, move the MAA Jr. Boys
from Jensen to Bluhm II.
Friday--Put MAA Jr. Boys on Bluhm I and II, move Couples League to
Bay Lane I and II.
The entire proposed schedule will be typed up with the above changes
and copies will be mailed to all baseball/softball managers prior to
the February 15 Board Meeting so if there are any concerns they can
come before the Board.

II. DIAMOND RESERVATION POLICY
Two different policies were discussed.
A. Same as last year: Can reserve one diamond at a time. Must
call back on the day of the scheduled practice for the next
practice. In the case of weekends, can call in the Friday
before that weekend. At all times, will take reservations only
between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
B. Practices could be given to leagues to handle themselves. what-
ever day the league is scheduled to play, they would have that
field on that day at their time.
Jackie stated that the second proposal would be less work for
their recreation office, but felt it was not fair to the teams
(especially the men's and women's league) who use the diamonds
only once a week.
After much discussion the committee members agreed to recommend
to the Recreation Board that the diamond reservation policy be handled
this upcoming summer as it was last summer.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
JACKIE ST. MARY
