MINUTES OF SPECIAL PARK & RECREATION BOARD MEETING - RE COMPRE-
HENSIVE MASTER PLAN OF PARK IMPROVEMENT, FIVE-YEAR SCOPE
The meeting was called to order at 8 10 P.M.
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT Karen Wesell, Mike Weed, Dick Arrowood, Richard Manchester, Carl Wauer, Tom Raimann,
and Director Fred Baewer.
ABSENT Paul Ussel
A correction in the previous minutes was noted. The correction
is as follows Page 4, "Miscellaneous" - Add to the end of
Karen's comments knitting, crocheting, ceramics, et cetera.
Balance of the minutes were approved as mailed.
CONCERNS
Dave Schreiber Comprehensive Five-Year Park Plan
The meeting opened with discussion of the master plan as recommended
by Dave Schreiber. Included in the discussion was not only the
general recommendations, but specific site recommendations, acqui-
sitions, and recreation site improvements.
Bike Trail Plan
Outline of the trail through the City was discussed. The contract
between Dave Schreiber and the City of Muskego was tabled for
review and will be discussed at the March 17th meeting.
Bluhm Farm
The Parks and Recreation Board has authorized Dave Schreiber to
start placing out for bids the ground work excavation for Bluhm Farm for which money has already been secured. We will know at
a later date if additional LAWCON monies will be approved.
Little Muskego Lakes Fees
Because of the possibility of slowing the dredging, Mayor Gottfried
requested changing the fees to Department of Natural Resources
standards. The standards being $2 for residents and $3 for non-
residents. Mr. Raimann moved to table the request to the next
meeting on March 17th. Dick Manchester seconded. Motion carried.

Keys to Park Buildings
Concern from Dick Arrowood about the disbursement of keys and un-
authorized use of the Park Garage was discussed. Recommended to
review the situation by the Parks and Recreation director.
