Pursuant to your letter of May 24th, 1979, I and~the:meinbers of the Muskego Womens Softball League Board of ,Governors request to be put on the agendaifor the next Parks & Recreation Board meeting to discuss this matter. , , I, I can tell you that:.we, very much resent the Board's decision to move half of our program to ,the,High School, especially since we are three weeks into the, season. During the last three years, in the face of increasing demand, we have held off leauge expansion in order not to further aggravate the diamond shortage situtatio?. In the meantime the MAA, the Mens Tavern League, and others have all expanded their programs. We use only two diamonds one night a week. As a reward for our efforts we are told to move to accommodate those who have expanded their programs. We will have to go to the expense and trouble of printing and distributing 240 new schedules. We will also have to find an additional person to oversee the program at the High School. We believe the Board's decision to be grossly unfair and will make every effort to reverse it. - Sincerely! yours, +3@uA%Q: &Qh&$ Ronald J. Ford, RJF/mp 1 Alderman, Ward 3 cc: Mayor Jerome J.
