-
Minutes of meeting January 23, 1978.
PRESENT: Richard Arrowood, Clarence Dahlen, Michael Weed, Tom
Raimann, Richard Manchester, and Director Steve Pischke
ABSENT: Ron Ford
The minutes of the January 9, 1978, were.approved as mailed.
PERSONAL APPEARANCES
Dr. Mangimelle appeared to report on the proposed Dandilion Park
Subdivision situation. He stated that the park land is the area
to the west of the development, from Hy. 24 to Little Muskego
Lake with access from the cul-de-sac, adjacent to the two property
owners. Director Pischke would like to have an access from Hy. 24
with a parking lot, picnic area, but no swimming. Dr. Mangimelle
expressed his concern with access to the park as shown on Pischke's
proposal.
l Dahlen moved to reluctantly recommend that the Plan Commission
approve the parcel of land on the west end of the proposed
Dandilion Park Development which should include an egress-access
from Hy 24 (this would eliminate the cul-de-sac adjoining the
park area on Plan No. 9). The Board pointed out that they are
disappointed with the amount of land contained in the park area.
They would like to see more. Seconded by Raimann PASSED
At this time, Ms. Jackie St. Mary, the Department's Intern was
introduced to the Board.
