The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by President Arrowood.
PRESENT: Mr. Manchester Mr. Arrowood Ar. Pischke
Mr. Dahlen Mr. Ford (late)
Mr. Raimann Mr. Engman (late)
ABSENT: Mrs. Krygier
Mr. Arrowood announced that Mrs. Krygier has moved from the city and her
position is now vacant.
UNFINISBED BUSINESS
Policy on Building Use - Dahlen moved the ammended policy with one correction
for use of recreation buildings be adopted. Seconded by Manchester. PASSED
Building Applications - Manchester moved that the request by the Lake Riders for
use of the Idle Isle building be refused. Seconded by Raimann. PASSED. The
riders may continue to use the Horn Field building.
Dahlen moved that the Pigeon Club be permitted to use the building at Horn Field
for the remainder of 1977 without a fee, but the club must pay the fee from then
on unless 75% of the members are from the City of Muskego. Seconded by Manchester.
PASSED
Manchester moved, seconded by Raimann that the Muskego Moose Lodge 105 be permitted
to use Idle Isle for a fisheree on January 23rd at a fee. PASSED This is not to
interfere with the ice skating program.
Ford moved that T.O.P.S. be given the same option as the Bigeon Club for building
use during 1977. Seconded by Dahlen. PASSED
Ford moved that the Prospect Aid Society be granted the same option as the Pigeon
Club and T.O.P.S. for building use during 1977. Seconded by Manchester. PASSED
Mr. Pischke is to inform these groups of the conditions and possible future fees.
Department Rules and Regulations - Motion by Ford - Seconded by Engman that the
Department Rules and Regulations be adopted as ammended. PASSED
Job Descriptions and Pay Scales - Engman moved approval of salary scales and job
descriptions as revised. Seconded by Raimann. PASSED
Winter Program Fmployees - Ford moved approval of employees as presented. Seconded
by Manchester. PASSED
NEW BUSINESS
Park Ordinance #277 - Board agreed to table re-written ordinance review until
next meeting.
Mill Valley Lease - Raimann moved to rescind the lease at the Mill Valley Site
in order to apply for Lawcon Funds. Seconded by Arrowood after Manchester took
over temporary chairmanship. Roll call vote - Raimar~n-yes, Manchester-yes,
Arrowood-yes, Ford-no, Engman-no. PASSED Dahlen did not vote because of a possible
conflict of interest. Recommendations will be forwarded to the city Council.

* Ridges - Outlot #l - Board informed Pischke that the planning comission should
be informed that the Park & RecreatiOn Board is interested in a possible recreational
development of this property. f
Capital Budget - Engman moved that the capital budget be forwarded to the finance
committee as presented. Seconded by Raimann. PASSED
* 1 Ail1 Valley Construction - Dablen moved payment of $16,004.70 to Fieldhack
Construction Corporation for work at the Mill Valley Complex. Seconded by Ra&n.

CETA Employee - Raimann moved that Eric Rockafield be hired as a Park MaintenanCe XI
employee. Seconded by Manchester. PASSED !
