Ford asked that Idle Iale be left ope.n 24 hrs for fisherman and police cars. Park Malnt. salary $8,680 for 5 part time people for summer-- 3a2.50 and 2@2.75.% Prefer hrly basis instead of weekly basis for all summer help. Color Coat: Steve Schultz from Valley Blacktop in Muskego and a Muskego citizen spoke on the advantages of Allied Chemical Color Coat saying that we don't need experience or equipment and that he would show us how. Showed Jenseri color plan for a cost of approx.#728 to $780 leas 25 to 50 gal. paint @#6,50/gal. donation If can use site for demonstration-. Can give references. Arrowood asked about life expetancy--7 to 8 yrs; for Sun and approx. 5 yrs. depending on wear areas. Paint designed for feet and balls while protecting and sealing pavement. Senior Citizen: Mr. Rudson would like P&R support via bus transportation -. etc .--Ford will get breakdown of money in budget for this purpose --Arrowood suggested havtkng Pischke OK trips to make sure money is in budget. Porta Potties: Metro Sanitation #5~/mo/unlt Umpires: In past P&R gave $250 approx. for umpires, Engman moved, Manchester seconded authorize Plschke to get two Metro potties for &Till Valley subject to School Board approval.--carried Idle Isle: rcvd. 8 truck loads torpedo sand to date. Harold Sanders: Would like to arrange club #30 flat fee for summer launchlng-- explained membership and usage. Manchester moved, RZiman seconded that P&R concur in Yacht Club's request for $30.00 fee for launching--carried. 0 Arrouood would like to see records kept on usage. BILLS: Rave been talked over with Pres. and O.K. by Common Council and pd. by Betty. * ISLE: Oak RldSe Subdivision requested July 4th usage of Park so they can charge admission for their advancement assoc. Rsiman moved, Engman seconded that P&R formally deny Oak Ridge Ad- vancement Assoc. request--carried. REORGANIZATION: Ralmann moved, EnSman seconded to recommend that Common Council delet sentences "The Board shall also select a Director of P&R:whose sutles shall also be assigned by the Board and who shall serve without compensation. Such Director shall be a member of the P&R Board.W--carrled. Cblburn: Copy of request for improved Srades etc.--see copy--place on file and defer for a future meeting. ELECTION: Arrowood moved, Krygier seconded defer election to 5/10/76--carried.
