J.V., County, and Girls Leagues-and the M.A.A. Salary increases were approved at the last meeting. Discussed the intention of the Park and Ret Board to take over the Tavern League. Entrance fees will pay any costs. Moved by Manchester, seconded by Dahlen, to approve the Baseball Bubdget.,Motion..passed. Will be submitted to the Finance Committee along with the operating budget on 10-15-75. Mill Valley: Backstop removal started by Century Fence IO-q-75 will put the new ones at 25 ft. from home plate. The $48,000 for improvements at Mill Valley was discussed. Decided to communicate with the School

Kurth,' Lions, and Jensen Parks: Construction started no problems reported by Schreiber, but Forseth did not have the corect insurance or performance bond filled. Was order by the city to halt constuction if he did not have required documents in to the city by 10-13-75. Play equip. for Lions park was discussed. Money for it will be put in next year's budget. The old equip. may be put at school property in the 6th and 7th ward, with approval of the School Board. GUESTS:. J. Kloskowski and E. Herda asked about the.,status of their jobs. The Board discussed a new stucture for the Park and Rec. Dept. Decided to keep both of them on as employees at least until the end of the month under W. Burtram and,,the Public Works Dept. Arrowood moved, Manchester seconded to authorize W. Burtram to spend up to $250 at Jensen Center for needed maintanence on the building..Motion carried Discussed new equip. needs.
