IDLE ISLE: Noted--top soils sparse, bare spots, perimeter bare and
Fravel in spots instead of top soil; Joe in blacktop on beach side; clean-out should be flush with ground; one
wheel stop splintered; check line tnarkine; tree boxes
too small, not flush and not squared with buildings; boat
ramp not installed accordinS to specs; bollards wronS;
chain on specs not available;mcund rough needs smoothinp.
Remedies--Forsyth fill take care of top soil, seedin?,
