The meeting was called to order by Director, Ron Ford at 7:35 P.M.
CLD BUSINESS: The secretary read the minutes of 12/16/74 for approval. Noted
by Arrowood that Anton Lesjack was notified, finance committee
approved heating at Idle Isle and the sno-grass machine was
budgeted. Beske moved and Linck seconded approval of minutes--
motion carried.
SCFRIEBER- LA XAR RETCRT: Bay Lane plans: A) Use present arra.ngement leaving fields in turf with
special soil mix for 6' ba~se lines. Fields l&2: Raise infields and some outfield to elimin- ate wettness--$2200/field.
I Fields 38~4: Redo baselines--#495/field.
B) Optimum arrangement--fields arranged according to stand- ards with all fields gra2ed and raised.

While our meeting was in session Beatka and La Mar met with
the School Board/g@ning development of beseba,ll facilities at Kill Valley end Bay Lane schools--no action was taken.

proposed master plans, one for Kurth Park and one for Lions
Park.

Ford moved to approve preliminary plan for Kurth Park
in concept and try to add additional adja.cent land for
second ba~ll field, Beske seconded. Arrowood arnended

lininery master plan for Kurth Park, Arrowood seconded,

that basketball court or some of the areas could he
phased so that they could be constructed before S/1/75
