red fescue end rye for nurse crop.
Arrowood moved, Reske seconded that Common Council ask for bids on Fhase I
Mill Valley, carried.

Sids ten be ready for printjnp the 1Sth if Council is able to act on the
15th; otherwise ready following week. Special meeting will be called for
bid opening.

Durham Hill Report by Raimenn: The owners of lend recommended for leasine;
for soft ball are not at all interested. Durham Hill
School area too small and too wet for ball, but could
put basketball there. Oak Grove possible for both base-
ba.11 end basketball, hut too far from Durham Hill problem
area. Ford suggested that Raimann talk to Mrs. Gultch & Iy
Dumke for other suSpestions. He should contact the Solf
course to see If they have any usable lend.
