The meeting was called to order by Director, Ron Ford at 7:45 P.M.
XEW BUSINESS: Bon Ford and Dave Schrieber opened sealed bids for Schmidt Park and
Idle Isle Park site development, Forseth bid :;$6y,l&i,YO and Bruce
bid $39,~O,OU on base bid "C", Bids were discussed with the aid of
work sheets and the Forseth bid was accepted with certain deletions
including Alternate A-l, A-2 on Schmidt and Alternate B-l and B-2 on
idle Isle.
Budgets were discussed and the proposed operating budgets were approved
with the exception of salaries.
l%nchester moved and Y*yg$er seconded that all recreation programs
be extended by starting them Nov. 1, 1974.
Discussion of Spookfest request for $%X.00 and that Park and Rec.run
sa51e in future. Bequest tabled,
Complaint- ---Walter Papke behind Horn field complains that people at

Bills--Krygier moved and Arrowood seconded motion to pay for Walkowski's
broken windshield. Notion failed, Arrowood moved to pay bills and
Sianchester seconded, Notion carried, Arrowood discussed Walkowski's
request for additional pay for two employees, Arrowood moved and rlzn-
Chester seconded $3U.O0 to Kangas for Fall program,
OLD BUSINESSI Minutes of Y/16/74 were discussed, Xc Cullough will look into repairing
monkey bars, fixing flag pole and installing plaque. Xanchester moved
and Arrowood seconded to approve minutes. Motion carried, Discussion
of pool hours for Muskego Life Sports--hours changed to 5:1u-7:15. Arrangements for pool hours and locker room availability to be made
during confesence'between Mr. Kangas, F'i, $lilligan and Mrs. Krygier
at 11;3u AA r/25/'/4.
