The meeting was called to order by President Dick Arrowood at 7:5S.
OLD DUSINESS: Pressure of time indicates that the hours agreed to in June by Er.
Killigan, U.S. Athletic Director and Mr. Kangas, Hecreation Director
for use by Huskego Life Sports and held over from the July 15th meeting
be inserted into the minutes as a matter of record,
i:rJ&er moved that the June approved application and agreement for
Xuskego Life Sports' use of the high School Pool from Y/c)/'/4 - 5/31/'?5
between the hours 5:30 - 7:3l P.M. except for master meet calendar
swim meets and charters be inserted into the minutes; and that the 6 application be handled in the

~1 BUSINESS: Mr, Linck noved tha-t the application for use of Horn Field be approved
for Tuesday and Thursday Y/19/74, Y/26/74, 10/3/10/24/~1, at '/:uO P.14.
for the purpose of holding DNR hunter Safety Classes as requested by
Fred Minke.

Arrowood will call Pk. Hc Cullough and see if area is available,
After phone call to doon Ford Mr. Arrowood atated that the nest meeting
would be y/23/74 for the purpose of reviexing bids for S&mid-t Park and Idle Isle.
In addition to the above purpose we will conduct a formal meeting to
act on important Park and Rec. business currently being delayed.
Xr. Linck asked that Lions Park be checked especially regarding the
safety of the motiey bars and also on tine missing plaque and flag pole.
Discussed mutual formal agreement request by IHr, i[rueser--thinking
was to put this in committee for workup and ask for guidance from the
Xayor and the City legal staff.
Hr. Linck will make up copies 05 rules for all board members and
distribute them at his next meeting.

Reviewed .these requirements and find that both coAmnittees on the PiX
budgets have not been involved in finalizing the lY'75 budget. ln
addition tlhe capitol budget needs 5 yr. plan.
