OLD BUSINESS: Disscussion of minutes of ti/lY/'/A , :1/16/'11,, and q/23/74 and actions
resulting --Mr. I4c CuUough has checked monkey bars and fixed plaque,
and flag pole, P.m. authorized I4r. MC Cullough to spot light flag
on pole.
Discussed finalization of five year plan required by capitol budget
and asked for report by next meeting by Mr. Arrowood.
Mr. MC Cullough reported that work has commenced on Idle Isle and Schmidt.
Discussed Coilinon Council's approval for $&JO for J.C.'s to run annual
Spookfest although the City did not want to run it. Krygier moved
that annual Spookfest continue to be run by the J.C.'s or other interested
civic group with the blessing of Park and Rec. Linck seconded. Notion
passed.
-Krygier reported that Mr. Kangas' recreation program xi.11 start right
after teachers convention about ll/ll/'I4.
l NC Cullough reported contacting Mr. Todd of t&s Co. about outing gas underground--quoted $~2UJ.UO or $!+7/mo. for 5 yrs. with ability to
perform work 3 - 63 days, Ensuing discussion resulted in the direc- tive that MC Cullough work up study on LP gas, oil, and natural gas
to heat Idle Isle for next meeting. If time becomes of essence P.M.

14~ Cullough awured board that we will have lights at Idle Isle.
mLs : Discussed Golden Ager bus bills and determined that board would like
to see publicity put in The Sun about their activities and to the effect
that all interested golden agers are invited on their tours. Hr. Linck moved that these bus bills be paid, Hr. Nanchester seconded,
motion passed.
Hanchester moved that the JenseB Center bill be approved for payment,
Linck seconded, motion passed,
Mr. Arrowood brought up discussion of the fact that the board wants to
keep close running account of expenses as well as total operating
budget so that we can properly approve bills without exceeding approved
budgets.
IEW BUSINESS: Hr. Arrowood reported that the School Board has issued key to P.<&

for the proper operation of the pool and who in turn has passed key
on to Krygier.
