President bn Yahr called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.iil., also present were members Non Ford, ilick Arrowood, Bob Gumieny, Gloria Barts m New members introduced ~sre Richard Manchester and holand Linck. Others present were Park Supt. Don McCullough and baseball coordinator Joe tieatka.

Wlra Schriever explained the comprehensive Park Plan and where the City's parks were going in Cke f~ub.re. There are four kinds of Parks: l.- ideighborhood Pa&, ; to3-:./2 acres and should be located in center of neighborhood and bt used in conjunction with schools. %,-Playground Park which should have 1/L) sn2.0 walking radius and are inc2uded in the neighborhooi park plan. 3 .-Community Parks, are
3 to l+ acres per 1003 pe6ple ser,ver!. These parks are located to serve 5-8 neighborhoods.
