She L:: researched bridge (duplicate) by Joining ?Zew Berlin l Dupliz..,:e bridge group and there learning how to be a director. She thinks our area is ready to go into duplicate bridge similar to the New Berlin type which is not strict. Eopefully this g,roup would, continue year round. She suggested running a bridge II class which woul-l lead into duplicate bridge for our area; it would require the purchase of 32 decks of cards and TZ(min. reasonable order) duplicate bridge boards for the lot price of 845.00, also convention cards which are 25C for $1.75. The classes would ha.ve to be in multiules of 4 with a min. of 8 and a ma.x. of 24. The director's time per month would be 6 hrs. Krycier moved to approve bridge program as outlined, Raima.nn seconded, motion psssed.......Kangas asked . approval for ,golf propram on Tues., needy 12-16 people, 1 l/2 bra. per night, instructor rcving. Q25/night. Krypier moved to approve program as outlined, Raimann seconded, notion passed. . . . . ..Kangas talked to Bay Lane teachers to determine what kind of program the girls would be interested in. They suggested floor hockey, ba.sketball or cheerleading to be presented Sat. A.X. or possibly an evening. Raimann moved to approve any of the three possibilities according to the girls interest, Krygler seconded, motion passed........Kangas will get posters out after the 1st. of year describing the various programs....
