Heckert concerning dsmage caused by errant foul bails at Horn Field. The matter will be consldered by the Capitol improvement Committee for s solution. \ 09 was agreed that some monies be inciuded In future budgets for the consulting servfces of a forester or nursery man as needed. Matter referred to CaplOaD hnprovement Committee Afd. Ford brought cltlzens con-plalnts of noise, dust and jitter at the unfinished Emeraid Dr. launching site on Clttle @&kego Lake. BP was agreed that the site should be oiled to keep dust down and further that the park be closed to vehiculsr trsfflc until boat lauwhing can be done. APd. Ford will request Supt.
