he meeting was called to order by President Dahlen at 7:45 PM at City
Hall. Those present were Mssrs. G en Riess, Milan Miller, Harry Obic,
Jame: Kibbe and Alderman DeAngelis Secretary Jean Sanders was absent,,
The minutes of the previous meetlpwere reviewed.
FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS: Discusknin on repairs done by Mr. Boehm on the
Jensen Bldg.obe cruse some work 0 -it completed payment is being held.
JENSEN RECREATION CENTER: The ncenytr�anoe sign, fencing, parking area,
and -telephone were discussed. Mr. Dabla stated he would contact the
Telepnone C3. an6 see if anything; an be arranged involving little or no
costa An estimate on the fenci.ne -as pno`7ided by Century Fence Co. for
250 ft. installu $750.00 $2.12 fez' lineal ft. , because the Board could
reach no conclualon, Pres. Dahlen, appointed Masrs. Miller, Chic and Kibbe

CUSTODIAN: Dr. Riess moved that the Board Hire William M. Kassulke Jr.
as custodian at $1.50 per hour. Saoonded by Mr. Chie,. carried unanimously.
PARK AREAS AND HALL FIELDS: Chai.7--aan Dah _en will request attendance at the
next meeting of the Public Works C )mmit-cee: and ascertain if City assistance

his duties.
PARK SITES: A general discussioa n possAble locations took place. Mem-
bers were requested to view the p an'tial sites before the next meeting.
NEWCOMERS CLUB: Mr. Dahlen advis the Beard of the interest shoran by the
Newcomers Club, inaamueb as they mvy de3ine to donate funds in the future
to the Park,/Recosation Program.,
TABLES: Mr. Dabber moved that th, Board purchase 10 tables, Dr. Riess
seconded the motion and it carried
TRANSPORTATION: Sot ool bus transp.atation for the Summer Program was dis-
cussed. It is the feeling of the jard that bus service not be made
available because of the cost invo .uedn
,There being no further business to came before the Board, Dr. Riess moved
to adjourn. The motion was seconl id by M_1. Chic and the meeting was
adjourned at M e LO PM.
