Subject: Request for No Parking Signs along Oak Grove Drive
Date: March 16, 2021
A request has been made to the Public Works and Safety Committee to install No Parking
Signs along Oak Grove Drive. The parking restrictions would be on one side of the road
only. Currently, the only parking restrictions on Oak Grove Drive are along the east side
of the road that is adjacent to Lions Park. This area is where there is two-lane traffic along
Oak Grove Drive.
I have attached a map for your review.
Please remember, once “No Parking” signs go up they affect all the residents on that road.
Holidays, graduations, retirements, and similar parties/events could be affected by these
signs.
Recommendation for Action by the Committee:
The Committee should listen to all the discussion and make a recommendation.
Again “No Parking” signs go up they affect all people on that road. Holidays,
graduations, retirements, and similar parties/events could be affected by these signs.
It is important to make sure all residents along Oak Grove Drive are aware of these
potential parking restrictions.
A defined “No Parking” limit needs to be determined.

Subject: Madyson Court Land Development – Public Improvements Approval
Date: May 18, 2021
The City of Muskego has reviewed the Madyson Court Land Development plan set located
on Parker Road. The development is located about 0.7 miles west of Racine Avenue located
on the south side of Parker Road. Currently, there is an existing private single lane gravel
road to serve the existing home owners. The most recent plan set has been attached. The
development will convert the existing private gravel lane road to a public road with ditches.
The development will also include storm water management per MMSD Chapter 13
regulations. All public infrastructure will be dedicated to the City of Muskego upon
completion and acceptance of the project. The City of Muskego has reviewed the plans and
given approval for all public infrastructure plans to move forward contingent upon all City
of Muskego staff comments being addressed.
Recommendation for Action by the Committee:
Approve all public infrastructure for the Madyson Court Land Development contingent
upon all City of Muskego staff comments being addressed.
