Subject: Request for No Parking Signs along Oak Grove Drive
Date: March 16, 2021
A request has been made to the Public Works and Safety Committee to install No Parking
Signs along Oak Grove Drive. The parking restrictions would be on one side of the road
only. Currently, the only parking restrictions on Oak Grove Drive are along the east side
of the road that is adjacent to Lions Park. This area is where there is two-lane traffic along
Oak Grove Drive.
I have attached a map for your review.
Please remember, once “No Parking” signs go up they affect all the residents on that road.
Holidays, graduations, retirements, and similar parties/events could be affected by these
signs.
Recommendation for Action by the Committee:
The Committee should listen to all the discussion and make a recommendation.
Again “No Parking” signs go up they affect all people on that road. Holidays,
graduations, retirements, and similar parties/events could be affected by these signs.
It is important to make sure all residents along Oak Grove Drive are aware of these
potential parking restrictions.
A defined “No Parking” limit needs to be determined.

Subject: Denoon Country Estates North – Public Improvements Approval
Date: April 20, 2021
The City of Muskego has reviewed the Denoon Country Estates North plan set located on
Crowbar Drive just north of Kelsey Drive. The most recent plan set has been attached.
The development will have public infrastructure. All public infrastructure will be
dedicated to the City of Muskego upon completion and acceptance of the project. The City
of Muskego has reviewed the plans and given approval for all public infrastructure plans to
move forward contingent upon all City of Muskego staff comments being addressed.
Recommendation for Action by the Committee:
Approve all public infrastructure for the Denoon Country Estates North contingent upon
all City of Muskego staff comments being addressed.

Note 1: Use hard, durable, angular No. 3" stone or recycled concrete meeting the gradation in Wisconsin Department of
Transportation (DOT) 2018 Standard Specification, Section 312, Select Crushed Material.
Note 2: Slope the stone tracking pad in a manner to direct runoff to an approved treatment practice.
Note 3: Select fabric type based on soil conditions and vehicles loading.
Note 4: Install tracking pad across full width of the access point, or restrict existing traffic to a dedicated
egress lane at least 12 feet wide across the top of the pad.
Note 5: If a 50’ pad length is not possible due to site geometry, install the maximum length practicable and
