Minutes of Special Plan Commission Meeting held on August 22,
1996 In the Muskego Room, City Hall, W182 S8200 Racine Avenue
Mayor De Angelis called the meeting to order at 10:35 P.M.
PRESENT:
Mayor De Angelis, Alderman Salentine, Commissioners Gummer,
Smith, Vitt, Schaumberg and Hulbert, Director Sadowski and
Assistant Planner Trejo.
Secretary reported that the meeting was properly noticed in
accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
"UTES :
The minutes from the August 20, 1996 meeting will be approved
at the next regularly scheduled Plan Commission meeting held on
Tuesday, September 03, 1996.
OLD BUSINESS:
CONSENT BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
for Tax Incremental District No.8 to be Located in the NW and
RESOLUTION #P.C. 174-96 -- Approval of a Project Plan
SW 1/4 of Section 2 and the NE and SE 1/4 of Section 3, T. 5 N.
R. 20 E., City of Muskego (Industrial/Business Park).
Resolution #P.C. 174-96 was read by title only. Alderman
Salentine made a motion to approve resolution. Commissioner
made a motion to defer this resolution until after the Public
Vitt seconded. Commissioner Smith, after a short discussion,
Hearing on Tuesday, August 27, 1996. Alderman Salentine
seconded. Upon a voice vote, Resolution #P.C. 174-96 was
Deferred unanimously.
MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS:
AD JOUIWMENT :
Commissioner Vitt made a motion to adjourn at 10:38 P.M.
Commissioner Hulbert seconded. Upon a voice vote, motion
carried. With no further business to come before the
Commission, the meeting adjourned.
