MINUTES OF PLAN COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON JULY 2, 1996.
Mayor De Angelis called the meeting to order at 7:lO PM.
PRESENT:
Mayor De Angelis, Alderman Salentine, Commissioners' Gummer,
Smith, Vitt, and Schaumberg, Director Sadowski and Assistant
Planner Trejo
ABSENT:Commissioner Hulbert
Secretary reported that the meeting was properly noticed in
accordance with the Open Meeting Laws.
MINUTES :
Commissioner Schaumberg made a motion to approve minutes from
June 18, 1996, Commissioner Vitt seconded. Alderman Salentine

voice vote, motion was deferred unanimously.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 88-96 -- Approval of Conceptual

RESOLUTION #P.C. 120-96 -- Reconsideration of Approval of
Operation Plan for Johnny's Petroleum Products Car Wash

RESOLUTION #P.C. 127-96 -- Recommendation of approval to
amend the zoning map of the City of Muskego to change zoning on
Tax Key No. 2298.978, being part of the NW 1/4 of Section 35,
from A/EA to A (Sobieski property, 5103 W14823 Loomis Road).
Commissioner Vitt made a motion to approve, Commissioner
Schaumberg seconded. Upon roll call vote, Resolution #P.C.
127-96 passed unanimously.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 128-96 -- Recommendation of approval to
amend the zoning map of the City of Muskego to change zoning on
Tax Key No. 2241.999 from RS-1/EA to EA and Tax Key
No.2241.999.001 from RS-1/EA to RS-1, both parcels being part
of the NW 1/4 of Section 21, (Habermeyer property, W183 58874
Racine Avenue). Alderman Salentine made a motion to approve,

#P.C. 128-96 passed unanimously.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 130-96 -- Approval of Sketch Certified
Survey Map to create two (2) building sites of a parcel by Ed
Stefaniak located East of 587 W18111 Woods Road (Tax Key. No.

RESOLUTION #P.C. 131-96 -- Approval of Building Site and
Operation for a duplex in Kelley Estates by Judith Krenke
property located at the southwest corner of Kelley Road and
Lions Park Drive (Tax Key No. 2195.123). Alderman Salentine
made a motion to adopt, Commissioner Smith seconded.
Commissioner Vitt made a motion to amend resolution to state
