MINUTES OF PLAN COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 2, 1994
Mayor David DeAngelis called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.
Vitt, Raimann, Smith, Honl, Hulbert and Director Matthew Sadowski.

MINUTES: Commissioner Smith made a motion to approve the
Minutes of the July 19, 1994, meeting. Commissioner Honl
seconded. Upon a voice vote the motion to adopt passed
unanimously.

RESOLUTION bP.C.149-94 -- Approval of Final Plat by
Metropolitan Engineering of Belsha Estates located in the NE 1/4
of Section 11. (Durham Drive) Commissioner Raimann made a motion
to adopt, Commissioner Smith seconded. All corrections have been

RESOLUTION IP.C.155-94 -- Approval of Sketch for a Land
Division creating Four Lots by Metropolitan Engineering located in
the SW 1/4 of Section 9 and the SE 1/4 of Section 8. (Barrett
Properties - Lion's Park Drive and Racine Avenue) Commissioner
Smith made a motion to adopt, Commissioner Honl seconded. The
existing house on Lot 2 is an existing legal nonconforming duplex
by the right of existence. As lot 4 meets the zoning requirements
of the RS-2 Zoning District, a plan is not required indicating the

Drive and Gemini Drive) Commissioner Smith made a motion to
adopt, Commissioner Honl seconded. The DNR and Army Corps of
Engineers and Mr. Wiza have agreed to a wetlands mitigation
regarding the wetlands on this site. Upon a roll call vote,
Resolution #P.C. 156-94 passed 6-0-1 with Ald. Taube abstaining
due to a conflict of interest (petitioner is a customer).
RESOLUTION IP.C.157-94 -- Approval of Certified Survey Map

Mitchell, Community Housing Initiative, cited that the Community
works throughout Waukesha County. Unfortunately, the City of
Housing Initiative is a 501C3 nonprofit housing developer who
Muskego is out of the block grant area. The intent is to sell
some of the adjoining lands to rehabilitate her existing home.
The commission would be acceptable to a new sketch that would
create a land division that meets the City codes and Ordinances.
Discussion ensued regarding the possibility of a Planned Unit
Development. Upon a roll call vote, Resolution #P.C. 160-94
passed unanimously and will waive the submittal fee of a revised
sketch.
RESOLUTION CP.C.161-94 -- Approval of Certified Survey Map

Ald. Taube made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:52 p.m.,
Commissioner Hulbert seconded. Upon a voice vote, the motion to
adjourn passed unanimously. With no further business to come
before the commission, meeting was adjourned.
