MINUTES OF PLAN COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON May 30, 1989.
Mayor Wayne Salentine called the meeting to order at 8:OO P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Wayne Salentine, Edward Raimann, Jerald
Hulbert, Alderman Daniel Hilt, Darl Honl, Dottie Rector and
Director Gerald Lee. Also attending was Sara Ford, Director of
Economic Development for WCTC.
ABSENT Jack Schmidt.
NEM BUSINESS:
Comprehensive Plan
Sara Ford presented a detailed report on the Economic
Development Grant the city has requested to study the
comprehensive plan. She stated that this would encompass an
overall economic development plan. There would be several steps
required over a period of years.
She explained the Plan of Action. An Economic Development

made available to the Plan Commission members for review. Sara
