MINUTES OF PLAN COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON January 3, 1989.
Mayor Wayne Salentine called the meetinp. to order at 7:OO P.M.
Hulhert, Alderman Mitchel Penovich, Dottie Rector, Jack Schmidt
PRESENT: Chairman Wayne Salentine, Edward Raimann, Jerald
and Director Gerald Lee.
ABSENT Darryl Honl.
MINUTES Mr. Schmidt moved to approve the Minutes of December 20,
1988. Mr. Raimann seconded. Upon a voice vote the motion
carried unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
PARKING SEMI TRACTOR WITH TRAILER The recording
Secretary read Resolution f1P.C. 1-89 - Review and Renewal of Plan
Commissibn Permission for Parking of Semi Tractor with Trailer
for John Krabbenhoft. Alderman Penovich moved for adoption and
Mr. Hulbert seconded. Mr. Lee stated that he has not received
any complaints about the parking of the semi tractor with
trailer. Upon a roll call vote the motion to adopt carried
unanimously.
I1P.C. 2-89 - Approval of Permit for Dog Kennel for Stan A.
Zdanczewicz. Mr. Raimann moved for adoption and Mrs. Rector
about the dogs. There were complaints about junk in the vard.

CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP-THEKLA H. SCHMIDT The recording
secretary read Resolution #P.C. 3-89 - Auuroval of Certified
Survey Map SW 1/4 of Section 1. Alderma;' Penovich moved for
adoption and Mr. Schmidt Seconded. It was mentioned that Mr.
Schmidt had moved the west lot line over 5.25'. as discussed when
he submitted his sketch to the Plan Commission. Upon a roll call vote the motion to adopt carried unanimously.

CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP-HANSEN The recording secretary
read Resolution #P.C. 4-89 - Approval of Certified Survey Map SE
1/4 of Section 7. Mr. Schmidt moved for adoption and Mr. Hulhert
seconded. Mr. Lee stated that it is in RS-1 zoning; a 40' width
has heen dedicated to the City of Muskego for public road
purposes. It was mentioned that Lot 4 meets the requirements for
lot size. Upon a roll call vote the motion to adopt carried
unanimously.

Mr. Raimann moved to adjourn at 7:20 P.M. Mrs. Rector seconded
and upon a voice vote the motion carried.
