MINUTES OF PLAN COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON July 5, 1988
Mayor Wayne Salentine called the meeting to order at 7:lO P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Wayne Salentine, Edward Raimann, Jerald
Hulbert, Alderman Mitchel Penovich, Darl Honl, Dottie Rector, and
Zoning Officer Gerald Lee.
ABSENT Jack Schmidt
MINUTES Mr. Hulbert moved to approve the minutes of June 21,
1988. Alderman Penovich seconded and the motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP-COATES The Recording Secretary read
Resolution I1P.C. 123-88, Approval of Certified Survey Map - James
Coates - Town of Waterford. Alderman Penovich moved for
adoption. Mr. Honl seconded. Upon a roll call vote the motion
to adopt carried unanimously.
WIZA-BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN The Recording
Secretary read Resolution #P.C. 124-88, Approval of Amended
Building, Site & Operation Plan - Wiza Industries - S82 W18762
Gemini Drive. Mr. Hulbert moved for adoption. Mr. Raimann

MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS:
Department outlined a bike path along the WEPCO right of way
Mr. Hulbert representing the Park & Recreation
through the City of Muskego. The path will be worked on in three
phases. The first phase will be from behind Horn Field off of
Pioneer Drive east to Lannon Drive. The second phase will be
from Lannon Drive to Bay Lane and Woods Road and the third phase
will be back to Horn Field to Racine Avenue. In the future they
would like to extend the path along Pioneer Drive to Janesville
Road to tie in with the Bay Breeze (Ingersoll) project. The
first phase for the bike path will be 2,750 feet with the labor
in house (signs, aggregate, gates, etc.) with a total cost of
$3,665.00 to be taken out of park dedication fees. The width of
the path will be 8' and no horses, motorized vehicles will be
allowed. At this time Park & Rec are negotiating with the
Electric Company regardine the installation of gates to the
