PLAN COMMISSION AMENDED
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 17, 1984
Mayor Wayne Salentine called the meeting to order at 7:15 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Wayne Salentine, Ald. Richard Nilsson,
Richard Arrowood. Zoning Administrator Gerald Lee was also
Secretary Edward Raimann, Jack Schmidt, Les Constantineau and
present.
ABSENT: Harvey Boettcher
MINUTES: Mr. Arrowood moved to approve the minutes of the July
3, 1984, meeting. Seconded by Mr. Schmidt.
NEW .BUSINESS :
APPROVAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - Resolution #P.C. 80-84 -
Harry Bennett, Mr. Raimann moved for adoption. Alderman Nilsson
seconded. The changes in the Certified Survey Map from the
orginial sketch were not substantial. There is a 30' access on
the sketch at right angle off Garnett Drive in Parcel 2. The
sewer lateral would not have been on that 30', but
on a straight line across the triangle.
Upon a roll call vote, the motion to adopt Resolution P.C. 80-84 carried unanimously.
APPROVAL PRECAST CONCRETE BUILDING - Resolution #P.C. 81-84
Milwaukee Telephone Company. Mr. Arrowod moved for adoption.
Mr. Schmidt seconded. A representative of the Milwaukee
Telephone Company appeared explaining this muld be a decorative
building; 10' in height, with a pitched roof, and painted doors.
It would also have a chain link fence, 8' high with barbed wire
masonry. To the wst of the tower is an existing wood frame
across the top. Mr. Raimann asked if this was decorative
building which will remain. The building will house electronic
equipment. Upon a roll call vote, the motion carried, with Mr.
Constantineau casting the only'dissenting vote.
Brill. Mr. Arrowood moved for adoption. Alderman Nilsson
seconded. Mr. Lee read Section 6.04 (4) G 2 a of the zoning

RECOMMEND DENIAL LEGAL LOT STATUS - Resolution #P.C. 83-84 -
