PCM198404170 PLAN COMMISSION CITY OF MUSKEG0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 17, 1984 Mayor Salentine called the meeting to order at 8:OO P.M. PRESENT: Chairman Wayne Salentine, Secretary Edward Raimann, Richard Arromod, Ald. Richard Nilsson, Les Constantineau, Harvey Boettcher and Jack Schmidt. ABSENT: Zoning Administrator Gerald Lee was absent. MINUTES: Mr. Arromod moved to approve the minutes of the April 3, 1984 meeting. Seconded by Mr. Schmidt, motion carried unanimously. OLD BUSINESS: #P. c. 33-84, Recommending Denial of RSM Zoning, which was FRED RICHTER - The Recording Secretary read Resolution deferred from the April 3, 1984 meeting. The Recording Secretary read the Planner's report prepared by Dr. Joe Mangiamele. Mr. Richter questioned the 180 days limitation and asked for clarification. Dr. Mangiamele explained that the 180 day approval is for the six units involved instead of 5 units that muld be allowed for the area under the RSM zoning. Ald. Nilsson moved to table Resolution RP. C. 33-84. Mr. Constantineau unanimously. seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote, the motion carried 0 FRED RICHTER - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. H-84, Recommending Approval of RSM Zoning. Mr. Constantineau moved for adoption. Ald. Nilsson seconded the motion. Mr. Arromod moved to amend Resolution UP. C. 51-84 to include "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the developer be permitted 6 dwelling units as proposed, provided that a detailed plan be submitted showing the specific landscape plan, based on this site plan, and building and site plans within 180 days (six months) from the date that the rezoning becomes effective. Mr. Raimann seconded the motion and the motion carried. Upon a roll call vote, the motion to adopt amended Resolution #P. C. 51-84 carried unanimously. BP. C. 35-84, Disapproval of Sketch for Land Division, which was MYRON CLIFF - The Recording Secretary read Resolution deferred from the April 3, 1984 meeting. Upon a roll.call vote, the motion to adopt Resolution BP. C. 35-84 carried unanimously. HAUT - The Recording Secretary read Resolution BP. C. 38-84, a Approxof Certified Survey Map, which was deferred from the adopt Resolution WP. C. 38-84 carried unanimously. April 3, 1984 meeting. Approval of Flat Wall Sign. Mr. Arromod moved for FAMILY CRAFT TREE - The Recording Secretary read Resolution adoption. Mr. Schmidt seconded and upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. C. 47-84, Temporary Sign Approval. Mr. Boettcher moved for adootion. Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion and uDon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. JULIAN MOSS - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 48-84, Approval of Certified Survey Map - Town of Norway. Mr. Schmidt moved for adoption. Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion and casting dissenting votes. the motion carried with Mr. Arrowood and Mr. Constantineau LEE SHANE - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 49-84, Approval of Permit for Dog Kennel. Mr. Raimann moved for adoption. Mr. Boettcher seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. VERNON MEADOWS SUBDIVISION - The Recording Secretary read Mr. Arromod moved for adoption. Mr. Schmidt seconded the motion Resolution #P. C. 50-84, Approval of Vernon Meadows Subdivision. and upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
