PCM19840320CITY OF MUSKEG0 PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 20, 1984 CITY HALL Mayor Salentine called the meeting to order at 7:lO P.M. PRESENT: Chairman Wayne Salentine, Ald. Richard Nilsson, Secretary Edward Raimann, Harvey Boettcher and Les Constantineau. Zoning Administrator Gerald Lee was also present. ABSENT: Richard Arrowood and Jack Schmidt. MINUTES: Mr. Boettcher moved to approve the minutes of the March 6, 1984 meeting. Seconded by Les Constantineau, motion carried. NEW BUSINESS: BP. C. 23-84. Approval of Change of Conditional Use Grant. Mr. SCOTT PREISS - The Recording Secretary read Resolution Raimann moved fo; adoption. M;. Boettcher seconded the motion. Mr. Boettcher objected to the hours being 7:OO A.M. to 9:OO P.M., he would rather see the hours 7:OO a.m. to 6:OO P.M. that he muld be mrking alone and questioned him as to whether Mr. Raimann mentioned that Mr. Preiss stated several times Mr. Preiss said his intentions are doing this on his own, unless he might be limiting himself in the future with that statement. at some time in the future he would hire one other person. mention of portering. Mr. Boettcher seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote, the motion to adopt Resolution #P. C, 27-84 was carried unanimously. LOCHCREST DRIVE - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 28-84, Sale of City-owned Property. Mr. Boettcher moved for adoption. Mr. Raimann seconded the motion. this lot unless it was sold to adjoining property owners.
