PCM19831018CITY OF MUSKEG0 PLAN COMMISSION NINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 18, 1983 Payor Salentine called the neeting to order at 8 00 P.M PRESENT: Chairman Wayne Salentine, Secretary Edward Raimann, Ald.arles Colburn, Les Constantineau, Harvey Boettcher and Richard Arrowood. Zoning Administrator Gerald Lee was also present. ABSENT Jack Schmidt MINUTES: Mr. Arrowood moved to approve the minutes of the October meeting. Seconded by Mr. Boettcher, motion carried. PERSONAL APPEARANCE: Mr. Charles PlacIntyre, Vice President- Store Operations of Open Pantry Food Marts appeared before the Commission to discuss the recorded conditions that were given at the time of the approval. The two things of concern were the Canopy and the spillage of lighting outside the property. Site and Operational Plans were approved and when Open Pantry's The Canopy was not proposed at the time that the Building, contractor obtained the permit, it was not pointed out to him that the canopy should have a gable roof. Therefore, they picked a style that they determined fit the site better. There had been a complaint from a neighbor on the spillage of lighting. Open Pantry had it metered and the results showed very little spillage The neighbor had been contacted and has property. Arrowood seconded and the motion carried.
