PRESENT: Chairman Wayne Salentine, Secretary Edward Raimann, Ald. Charles Colburn, Les Constantineau, Harvey Boettcher, and Jack Schmidt. Zoning Adninistrator Gerald Lee was also present ABSENT: Richard Arrowood MINUTES: Mr. Schmidt moved to approve the minutes of the =er 6, 1983 meeting. He explained to the Cormnissioners that the signed agreement with RVS has not been received. He also stated that he is hoping there will be a second contract awarded to his company. The proposed earth dish would be able to receive all satelites. The dimensions would be 10 ft. high and 28 ft. wide. It would be shielded by evergreens or fencing so that it would not detract. The location of the dish was selected because it has to be installed relatively close to the tower.
