PLAN COMMISSION
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 16, 1983
Mayor Salentine called the meeting to order at 8 00 P.M.
PRESENT Chairman Wayne Salentine, Aldernan Charles Colburn,
Ed Raimann, Les Constantineau, and Jack Schmidt. Zoning
Administrator Gerald Lee was also present.
ABSENT: Richard Arrowood and Harvey Boettcher
PIINUTES: Yl. Constantineau moved to approve the rcinutes of
the August 2, 1983 neetine. Seconded by Mr. Raimann, motion
carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
CLARENCE J. FROELICH - The Recording Secretary read
Resolution #P. C. 98 - 83 , Approval/Disapproval of Sketch for
Land Division. Discussion was held prior to the resolution
being put on the floor,
Mr. Clarence A. Froelich appeared before the Conmission.
When questioned as to what his plans were for the rest of the

Plan Conmission meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 6,

7:OO P.M. The agenda will be included in next Plan Commission
August 11 and August 12, 1983. Zoning Administrator Lee was
asked if he felt that a City Planner should be put back on the
Budget. It was agreed that it was time to place a City Planner
back on the Budget. Zoning Administrator Lee suggested that
Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance,be amended to include
