PCM19830816CITY OF ETUSKEGO PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 16, 1983 Mayor Salentine called the meeting to order at 8 00 P.M. PRESENT Chairman Wayne Salentine, Aldernan Charles Colburn, Ed Raimann, Les Constantineau, and Jack Schmidt. Zoning Administrator Gerald Lee was also present. ABSENT: Richard Arrowood and Harvey Boettcher PIINUTES: Yl. Constantineau moved to approve the rcinutes of the August 2, 1983 neetine. Seconded by Mr. Raimann, motion carried. NEW BUSINESS: CLARENCE J. FROELICH - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 98 - 83 , Approval/Disapproval of Sketch for Land Division. Discussion was held prior to the resolution being put on the floor, Mr. Clarence A. Froelich appeared before the Conmission. When questioned as to what his plans were for the rest of the help financially, but that he was not settled on a final plan land, he stated that he wanted to sell these four parcels to for the rest of the land. It was the concern of the Comission that all lots, wherever possible, should be off of an internal road. up a sketch of the proposed subdivision with sewers. Alderman Colburn moved for adoption and Mr. Scturidt seconded the motion. Zoning Administrator Lee stated that this is an internally illurinated sign with a white background. The optional "Open" sign on the top is also to be included in the approval. Upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. DON BIERBASZ - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. c. 100 83 Ald. Colburn moved for adoption and Mr. Constantineau seconded the - , Approval for Relocation of Dwelling to Park Drive. motion. The house is now located off of 76th and Layton. It is a brick colonial hone. It has an existing carport which they hope to be able to keep. It is planned to use the carport unless the Board of Appeals insist on a garage being built. It is necessary necessary in the house size. Upon a roll call vote, the motion to appear before the Board of Appeals for granting of the variance carried. e Plan Commission August 16, 1983 #P. C. 101 83 motion. Mr. Gerald Fohr, son of Lester Fohr, appeared before Schmidt moved for adoption and Mr. Constantineau seconded the the Commission. He presented a 1ett.er signed by all residents There is a sewer lateral on this lot. It,was .brought to&the stating that they have no objections to this lot being built 0-n. Commission's attention that,.the Common Council released a Covenant not to Convey OF Construct on Lot 8 and 9 and that those lots are of identical size as Mr. Fohr's lot. Upon a roll call vote, the motion passed unanimously. LESTER FOHR - The Recording Secretary read Resolution - , Approval of Petition for Legal Lot Status. Mr. COlIMUNICATIONS - The Recording Secretary noted that Sympathy cards had been sent to Ed Raimann at the loss of his father and Richard Arrowood at the loss of his son. Plan Conmission meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 6, packet. 7:OO P.M. The agenda will be included in next Plan Commission August 11 and August 12, 1983. Zoning Administrator Lee was asked if he felt that a City Planner should be put back on the Budget. It was agreed that it was time to place a City Planner back on the Budget. Zoning Administrator Lee suggested that Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance,be amended to include would be "in the opinion of the Plan Commission" so that it would $500.00 deposit being secured. It would be worded such that it be flexible. Mayor Salentine updated the Comnission on the Farmland Preservation Act, ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Raimann moved to adjourn at 9 12 P.M. Alderman Colburn seconded and the motion carried.
